MEET CHARLOTTE PERKINS

I am a servant-leader, business and nonprofit consultant, experienced tax professional, workforce-development leader, and ministry strategist. For more than 30 years, I have helped individuals and organizations turn ideas into practical plans, establish strong foundations, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Whether I am guiding an entrepreneur, developing a nonprofit, training workforce professionals, or serving the church and community, my work is rooted in faith, integrity, excellence, and a genuine commitment to helping others build what has been placed in their hands.

My journey has never been limited to one profession or one title. For more than 30 years, I have worked in tax preparation while also serving in business development, nonprofit formation, workforce development, ministry, leadership, and community outreach. Although the settings have changed, the purpose has remained the same: helping people build stronger foundations and move forward with confidence.

Through the years, I discovered that many people do not lack vision—they lack structure, strategy, trusted guidance, and someone willing to help them take the next step. That understanding shaped CAP Business Group & Enterprises, LLC and eventually inspired The Builders Table, where entrepreneurs, leaders, ministries, and visionaries can receive practical tools, personalized blueprints, and accountability.

Today, I bring my professional experience, education, faith, and real-world lessons together to serve others. Whether I am helping someone establish a business, develop a nonprofit, prepare for employment, strengthen a ministry, or pursue a God-given vision, I remain committed to helping people move from ideas to action and from possibility to sustainable impact.
